header resize

    I’m trying to upload a header image to my site and I can’t seem to figure out how to make the image automatically resize on mobile devices. I’ve seen it done on non-premium blogs before (see thebibliotheque.wordpress.com) and would like my header image to be optimized for mobile devices, as well.

    I would appreciate any and all help!
