Header Size
-
I am very new to CSS. I’m trying to figure out how to adjust the size of my header. The url is byuicnc.com. I don’t want it to take up the amount of room it is right now.
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Hi there I would like to help as I think I know what you’re talking about. First let me see if I understand you correctly: the top half of your blog/site has too much blank space?
You would need to add this to the CSS editor:
.site-inner {
top: -45px;
}You can play with the number to see if it works for you. I found -45px works best on all viewing platforms to even out the space at the top. Using a negative will take away space, a positive number will add space. I’m not entirely sure what you are trying to do but I hope this helps.

Thank you for chiming in to help @cjsabstracts. :)
@cncbyui: You could also change the size of your heading using the following CSS:
#masthead { height: 250px !important; }You can experiment with different values for height.
Let us know if that helps out or if you have any further questions.
