Header size

    Hi,

    I am trying to add my own header and I am doing the recommended size (in my case is 1440×600) but for some reason it won’t show the full thing. I haven’t uploaded the blog yet since I want the header to look good first. How sould I do it? I am so lost!

    Hi @tonaidas!

    It looks like you’ve switched themes since you posted this :)

    Themes with full width header images like the one you were using before work best with background style images, so they can fill the screen at all of the different sized devices your visitors will be using.

    Your best bet will be to use an image (like in the theme demo) that works as a background, and display a site title on top of it – or an image that doesn’t have important items like text near the edges. If the important stuff is in the middle, it’s less likely to be cut off on differently sized screens :)
