I’d like to change the font size of Header 2 in theme Button 2 please. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

You can change the font size by using a Custom CSS which is available with the Premium or Business plans.
It looks like you are using WordPress but you are not hosted here at WordPress.com. These forums are for those hosted here at WordPress.com. For self-hosted WordPress sites such as yours, I would suggest asking for help from the theme author/vendor directly or ask in the volunteer-based WordPress.org forums.
