Header Tag not validating transitional xHTML
-
why is header tag <meta property=”og:type” content=”blog” /> not validating for xHTML transitional, and is there a free fix since you host my blog?
Other tag:
<link rel=”shortcut icon” type=”image/x-icon” href=”http://1.gravatar.com/blavatar/b5a28aacfcb4edd6f87ffec575a9fb63?s=16″ sizes=”16×16″ />
not validating for xHTML transitional, and is there a free fix since you host my blog?
Any suggestions greatly appreciated – I just want to maintain xHTML compliance, and these are last ones I can’t see to figure out… I did fix many others…
Thanks,
Murray Saul

Thanks,
I also read you can comment around the meta and link tags so that xhtml validator will ignore tags, but facebook will build content.
Is there are way for me to edit the heading section so I can comment out those meta and link tags, or since you are hosting my page, I’m unable to do that?
Just curious… Thanks for getting back to me quickly…
:)
