Header Text Colour

    I have been able for some years now to customise my header using my personal photographs. My site title appears on top of the Header Image and I used to be able to customise the colour.
    i.e. a french garden in red text to match the red holly berries then change the text colour to black to stand out against a winter sky.
    I can still customise my header image but I see no way to change the colour of my site title – a french garden
