Header Text issue

  I have searched the forums trying to figure out how to change my header text from mshanser’s blog
  Just another WordPress.com site to something else. Any advice or do I need to up grade to the CSS editing level.

  The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

  From your dashboard:
  Settings —> General —> Site Title and Tagline
  Scroll down and Save.
