Header text suddenly appeared

Hi, there! Unwanted header text has suddenly appeared on my blog. I DO NOT have it checked to appear. In looking at my blog, the black text, “daisy’s world” should not be there. Any ideas on how to delete it?

If you’re using the ‘Standard’ Premium theme, there is a thread about this problem on that forum:

If you’re using something else, you may be having a different problem.

Yes, timethief, that was the first thing I did, as I mentioned on my post. Notawoodpecker, thanks for pointing out the thead. Apparently, it is happening to many Standard theme users. All the posts on there are folks complaining about the same thing, with no responses on how to fix it. I don’t want to remove the title on my general settings, but I might have to, as a weak temporary fix.

Don’t do that! That’s not a fix. It’s where the search spiders expect to find it. I’d change the custom image header before I ever did that.

P.S. This isn’t an issue for the support forums here. It’s a premium theme support forum issue. There is a link for the specific Premium Theme support forum for your theme under Appearance -> Themes in your blog’s Dashboard so you can post to the threrad notawoodpecker provided the link to.

There were several threads that popped up here the other day all withing a couple of hours. Took a while to put the pieces together.
I’d be a tad bit annoyed at the lack of support on a paid theme though.
I don’t expect support when I get things free, but when I pay ……
