Header Text won't change colour

  I’ve already tried clearing my cache and have refreshed multiple times: I’ve custom designed my blog and the only problem is the Header text, which won’t change to the dark blue I’ve set it as. It shows as being selected in the box when I go to “Customize”, but still isn’t showing on my page.

  Are you clicking on the color swatch shown here (in the theme customizer) when trying to customize your headings? https://cloudup.com/c4kDXrFW1KR

  If yes, would it be possible to try again, and take a screenshot of the color you are trying to save? From there I am happy to take a closer look.

  Just add your screenshot to your Media Library of your site (Media>Add New) and let me know it is there so I can take a look.

  Hi Jerry,

  Thanks for the reply. I’ve saved a screenshot. While it isn’t the color option you have shown, there is an additional option I have highlighted for “Header Text Color”. I hope you can help with this?

  Howdy,

  We are still working on a fix for the issue (which turns out to be rather complicated under the surface) so the good news is that it is on our radar.

  To get you through until this is fixed, I have added some custom CSS to your site:

  .site-header h1.site-title { color: #000428; }

  To see the above code, go to Appearance>Customize to launch the site customizer.

  From there, click on the “CSS” tab to see the code. If you like you can tweak that CSS value for color (#000428) to find what works for you. A tool like this would allow you to find the hex code for any color you like, which you can add to the CSS in place of the code that is there.

  Feel free to experiment. :)
