  Hello support , i would like to make the header area transparent ,like i want the main menu to appear above my slide,, here is my website adreess ,, http://www.tarboosha.com

  Custom CSS is part of Custom Design, which is a feature of the WordPress.com Premium and WordPress.com Business plans. You can add custom CSS to your WordPress.com blog using the CSS Editor in My Sites → Customize → CSS in your blog dashboard. You can get more details here: https://wordpress.com/pricing
