Header video not working on devises except through Google Chrome

    I recently update my portfolio website, and I decided to put a video on my homepage header which turned out quite great as result. But I found out that certain people can’t view the video but a full screen white bloc instead through Safari. As I can’t decide for the viewer with which devise to view my website, I’d like to know if there’s any solution or option to ‘unblock’ this disability out of Google Chrome. Thanks!

    Your site is not hosted with WordPress.com but instead a site using the open-source WordPress software (from WordPress.org) but hosted elsewhere. We cannot access files or data for sites that are hosted elsewhere, so WordPress.com staff can only assist with sites that are hosted on our servers. But, I can get you pointed in the right direction.

    That behavior is a known issue with the Twenty Seventeen theme. You can read more about this and how to set up a child theme to implement changes to the theme to get that to work. Here’s the specific post in that thread to get you started:
