header with flickr rotating images

Wow!!! Take a look at this header. http://www.therandomact.com/travel-guide/ The images change with each refresh. How does one accomplish this on their wordpress site?

Did you notice that the blog you provide a link for is not a wordpress.com hosted blog? This cannot be accomplished on a wordpress.com blog. One would have to download the software from wordpress.org to achieve this. That’s the other wordpress alternative http://faq.wordpress.com/2006/05/07/wordpresscom-vs-wordpressorg/
Also note that the contensts of a wordpress.com blog can be imported into a wordpress.org blog.
HTH :)P.S. This is what is possible using a wordpress.com blog https://en.forums.wordpress.com/topic.php?id=5626

Thanks Timethief. Understood, header image rotation is possible using a wordpress.com blog as outlined in your last link. Can I do this with a wordpress CSS upgrade? or do I need to create a php file as outlined in the random image script as described by photo matt?
This still doesnt accomplish a filmstrip as seen in http://www.therandomact.com/travel-guide/. Each of these pictures links to a flickr picture. Is this possible via a flickr widget?
If I were flickr image rotation be possible on wordpress.com?
