Header with sharing button

I am using a free appearance theme.
When i choose the theme, the preview shows the sharing button of facebook, tumbler, twitter on the header. Why when i select the theme, I cannot see this option in my appearance menu?
Please help!!

Hi there, It looks like you are currently using the Fictive theme, and it does have the option of including social links in your header. If you scroll down to “Social Links” in the info sheet about your theme linked below, it will walk you through the process. If you have any trouble, let me know and I’ll be happy to help you get unstuck:

I actually forgotten my username for my instagram and twitter..
I have been using it via my iphone and have not logging in before like since forever after i sign up..
how to know what is my username?

For Instagram, you can find your username by opening the app on your phone and clicking the last icon in the the menu on the bottom of the screen. That will open your profile page. Your username is written at the top of that page.
As for twitter, if you use the standard Twitter app for iPhone, you’ll see a menu at the bottom of the page as well. The last menu item says “me.” When you click it, your profile page will be displayed–your Twitter username is displayed in the header.
