Header/Disclaimer regarding .com vs .org on Forum "Add New" form?

    There seems to be more and more topics appearing that are not related to .com sites, but rather to self-hosted sites

    Maybe a disclaimer could be added that would appear above Topic Title box on the forum submission form that might help inform people and redirect those self-hosted questions to the .org forum.
