  I am using a template that I really like called Silver is the New Black and can I upload a header to it? I have seen other sites that have the same layout as me and have a header. How can I revolve this problem?

  I have a custom css but how do I get it to let me put headers on?

  Because on the theme have it won’t let me put a cutom header on, and I have seen other site which have the same theme as me and have a CSS and have put a Custom Header on. How do I make this happen?
