Headers with video, computer vs. mobile

    I am in need of some help.

    I used CCS to increase the header size in order to make my header video larger. When I made the header bigger it made my content go down on the page and created a large gap of white space. Any help on how to remove that?

    Is there any way to not have my video play on mobile devices? I would just like to have an image on mobile devices. Thank you!
