Heading options

Hello,
This is my first time using WP and I have been looking at Youtube videos for help. But for example, people have options when they edit a page that says heading 1, 2 etc. and they can change their font color and font sizes… on the same page. However, I don’t have that bottom row of options, I only have bold and italics etc.
Can anyone please assist me on what I am doing wrong?

At the far right end of the top row of icons in the visual editor is a square icon with what looks like rows of dots on it – the “kitchen sink” icon. Click that and it will expand and show the lower row of icons.
