Heading Photo on Homepage

  • Unknown's avatar

My homepage, which is named “untitled” within the system, has a photo in the header, I think? It’s at the very top when you view the page.

The problem: when I open the editor, in either block or classic, the header does not show up, so you can’t change anything. This is a problem because I need to change the picture. Please advise.

  • Hi! Your site isn’t hosted on our servers, and it’s unlaunched so I can’t see it. But I’d recommend checking these options:

    – Featured Image
    – Customize > Header
    – Any other options your theme mentions for images

Going forward, for help with thee free WordPress software itself, you’ll also want to use the correct forums for self-managed installations, at https://wordpress.org/support/forums/

For help with your server, you’ll want to contact your hosting company.

Or, you’d be welcome to migrate your site to our services so we can take care of hosting and WordPress support for you. You can find our pricing here:

    Cheers!
