Heading Title

  Am having trouble removing a ‘topic’ in my header panel,
  I have a title of ‘2013 Program’ and want to remove it, how can I do this, ?
  have removed the page, but the title is still in the heading.

  Sounds like you are using a Custom Menu. Just edit the Menu and that will disappear.
