Headline banner and header text

I am new to WordPress. On the ‘MySite’ selection I have created a headline banner, header text and menu. I can see this fine when I am logged into my account. However when followers, who have a WordPress account, link to my blog they do not see the headline banner, header title, or menu. What am I doing wrong?

Looking into your website blog, the Menu locations are not defined correctly, the banner appears but not tagline, so you need to navigate to Personalize Themes–>Customize
Here is a Support Document CustomizerIn the first section, it will help you to reach the Customizer section of your website, There is a section which says

Also your Menu selection and Location is not selected correctly, as your menu appears at the Bottom, you need to select it as the Primary Menu so it appears at the Top.Hope this helps, let us know if you have any further questions..!
