Headlines in twenty twelve

Why does the headline of the posts end up at the top of the post on some of them and at the bottom of the post on some of them in the twenty twelve theme? Is there some setting for this that I’m missing?

Hi there,
TwentyTwelve makes use of Post Types when it styles the article which you have written. So if you create a post and set it to Standard, the header including the title, the date, etc; it all appears at the top. But if you select Image (as you did in two of your posts), then they appear below the content.
If you’d like it all be uniform, you can go in to your image posts and change the image type to standard and hit update. They should all go back to normal!
