We already have an internet provider, just need good templates to make a responsible website, thanks for your assistance!

This forum is only for websites hosted on the WordPress.com platform, which unfortunately does not support eCommerce.
It sounds like you will be setting up a self-hosted WordPress site via your internet provider. Self-Hosted WordPress sites are also called WordPress.org sites.
They have their own support forum at https://wordpress.org/support/ and you can find a list of free themes at https://wordpress.org/themes/
But, there’s also many other themes available from other sources, both free and paid. Some of those are listed at https://wordpress.org/themes/commercial/
