  Hi there!

  I’m sorry to hear about the issue you’re facing. While investigating this, I noticed that the only site we host is hearinglossutah.com. The site you need help with, hearinglosslive.com, is actually a self-hosted WordPress.org site, which appears to be hosted on Google’s platform.

  There are some differences between WordPress.com and WordPress.org. If you aren’t sure about them, please check the following page that explains it: WordPress.com vs. WordPress.org.

  We don’t have access to self-hosted sites, and we are unable to help with them. Based on the error you shared, though, I think you could disable the Loginizer plugin, which I believe is blocking the login attempts after several failed attempts.

  If you’d like to keep using the plugin or need further help with that, you can post on the plugin’s official support forum here: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/loginizer/ – You will need a free WordPress.org account to post on that forum.
