heartblanc.com cannot sign in with username or password

Dear sir,
i have problem signing in to my website . the username that i normally used is no longer exist . can someone please help? i just renew my website web hosting with siteground. The domain , i registered with wordpress and has pointed to siteground , but as what i have been told by siteground the site doesnt pointed to them so i need to contact wordpress. Can someone please help? i have been years of wordpress customer this thing never happen. just yet i think i manage the site in two countries sometime it might because of crash or what .please , to whom it may concern, please kindly help me out . very much appreciated, thank you .

Yes I tried that too but just seems wordpress doesn’t remember My account .
The basic account I have in wordpress is heartblanc.wordpress.com
Please help me out .

Hi @jiamich, there are a few factors at play.
– heartblanc.com is owned by a different user, so you’ll need to log out and log back in as the correct user to manage it.
– heartblanc.com expired some time ago and is now in redemption. The redemption fee is an additional $80. Unfortunately, it’s levied by the registrar and cannot be waived.
