Heeelp, please!

My name is Cristina and in this moment I am very disappointed of wordpress. I am using wordpress since 2008 and I never had problems till now. Lately, I’ve tried and tried and tried to upload power point presentation and I can’t because it upload till 73 per cent and it stops.I have enough space, about 80 per cent, my presentation has a few mega, so it isn’t this the problem.Which can be the problem? I am very upset because doesn’t exist a professional support. A long time ago, I have received an answer and it was a good and helpfull answer. Now, I feel that nobody cares of what happens with us who use this site.
