  Hello again, Only Staff can see draft posts, but thanks for confirming your site is hosted here on WordPress.com.

  It’s my understanding from a previous Staff reply that HEIC is not one of the supported file types on WordPress.com https://wordpress.com/support/accepted-filetypes/ but you should be able to export them on a Mac as JPEG or if you are uploading from an iOS phone or tablet, it will automatically be converted to a JPEG.

  Hi there, they are not being converted. I am trying to upload them from my phone and it keeps failing. Any other suggestions?

  I’m afraid that I don’t have an iOS device to try this on. I’d suggest posting in an Apple support forum for this issue.

  HEIC is not currently one of our accepted file types: https://wordpress.com/support/accepted-filetypes/

  Assuming you’re on an iPhone, if you add them via either Safari or our app https://apps.wordpress.com/mobile/ they will be converted to JPG by iOS.
