  Hi!
  Is there any chance of gettings some answers on some basic questions I have?
  eg I have a plug in (for viewing Tweets in my header, but I have no idea at all how to install it… I am a brand-new WordPress user :-) Thanks a lot in advance! Eva

  We Volunteers are great at answering basic questions. There is no FTP access to free hosted WordPress.com blogs and we bloggers cannot install any plugins. they are for WordPress.org installs only.
