HELLLO – I NEED HELP ASAP

  I was trying to change the domain from vigorawards.com (log in via http://www.vigorawards.com/wp-admin) I changed the I changed an address in the general settings and now I cant get back onto the site. Can a wordpress staff member please set the wordpress url and the url underneath it (in the settings > general) section back to default (www.vigorawards.com) so I can go back in and fix the DNS A record. This is a major issue, I cannot access the page anymore through the admin log on and I am trying to get this page dns to point to the new vigor awards website.

  When I said I Cant get back onto the site I meant to say I cant get back on the WP admin dashboard anymore. We are jut trying to change domain so it points to our new website. I read bad info, I have found the proper DNS / A record info but I Cannot access the dashboard anymore because of this and that’s causing me large problems.

  I can no longer log in to the website through http://www.vigorawards.com/wp-admin because I changed the wordpress url and the site url in the settings > general section. I went back and saved it to the proper vigorawards.com for the two sections listed above and when I Refreshed I was kicked off the dashboard and was a random 404 page error.

  Hi there,

  vigorawards.com is no longer pointing to WordPress.com, so you won’t be able to access the dashboard via vigorawards.com/wp-admin until it’s pointed back to us. it is currently pointed to Go Daddy.

  Were you pointing it to your fmtest1blog.wordpress.com site? If so, you can access the dashboard via fmtest1blog.wordpress.com/wp-admin until you are able to point your custom domain over.

  No, it’s not I just used this account to email you guys because i wont let me log into the vigorwards account. I was trying to point it to a weebly page. My understanding is that the domain was purchased through wordpress. To set it back to point to wordpress, do you have any suggestions as to how I could go about that?

  You will need to log into your Go Daddy account and update the nameservers from that end. Here is instructions on how to do so:

  If you want to point the nameservers back to WordPress.com, they are:

  NS1.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS2.WORDPRESS.COM
  NS3.WORDPRESS.COM

  So, you are no longer wanting the domain to point to Weebly?
