Hello. =0) I was wondering…

Hello. =0) I was wondering if there was a way to have different sections (like topics) where I can post accordingly? For example, I know I have the main blog page where my posts appear, but I would like to post on a different page aside from my main page, while keeping everything on the same blog. Is this possible with the free plan? Thank you so much for your help!
The blog I need help with is: (visible only to logged in users)

Good afternoon,
You have a couple of options in order to separate your blog posts. Other users may have additional solutions, but these were the ones that came to my mind:
1. You can create additional blogs through your same username of beastlypeace and link to them through a menu on your front page.
To use your same username and create a new blog (that you’ll eventually link to your first site), follow the steps below:
1. Log in by clicking/tapping on the Login button on the2. Select the My Sites tab.
3. Open the site selector by clicking on Switch Site at the top of the sidebar.
4. Click or tap on Add New WordPress at the bottom of the sidebar.
2. You can create separate pages (click here for a link about creating pages) that are more like website pages rather than traditional blog pages, then link to them on your front page. To edit these, you wouldn’t post a new blog, but rather go into the page itself and change the content of it whenever you felt like it. Pages are not associated with a date/time like blog posts, nor can you tag or categorize a page.
3. You can create what is known as a “Static Front Page” where none of your blog entries will show up on the main page; this is essentially a more ‘traditional’ webpage that will link to other blog entries and pages, but it will not change as you add blog posts. Click here for a link on how to do this.
If you don’t mind having your new blogs show up on your main page AND divided into separate categories, you could certainly use WordPress.com’s Categories feature.
Here is a link to everything you need to know about categories.
The Cliffnotes Version:
Categories provide a helpful way to group related posts together, and to quickly tell readers what a post is about. Categories also make it easier for people to find your content.Essentially, for every new blog you post, if you assign it a “category”, WordPress will automatically group your posts into subpages that people can click on. On your current layout, if you look on the right-hand side under “Categories”, that will be where your pages can be grouped together (so for example, I have pages with categories like “eclectus parrots” and “amazon parrots” so that people who only want to read about one species of parrot can click that link and be taken straight to all my blog posts about them.) For more information about the Categories widget (the “Categories” section on the right-hand side in your side-bar) please click here for the help document.
If you do this, your blogs will both show up on your front page with ALL of your blogs, but your readers will have access to specific categories.
I hope something above helps! Have a wonderful day, and happy blogging.
