You can use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.”
The relevant team will contact you.In addition, you can send an email directly to billingsupport@wordpress.com if you prefer that.

Hi! Our forums staff isn’t able to resolve this type of issue either, but if you haven’t already done this once, please reach out directly to our Payments team for assistance.
Just use the link in your dashboard that says: “Purchases are currently disabled. Please contact us to re-enable purchases.” If you send it in that way rather than emailing it, your request will reach the right eyes, with the right info. Thank you!
@amiteshg93 – please avoid giving out any of our direct email addresses. They’re only helpful when the user has already tried the contact form and had some kind of trouble with that (in which case modlook is better anyway). Our contact forms send more context to support & will get the request routed faster. Thanks!
