Correct – it is not linked to the same address that is attached to your clarewibble account. Each account has to have a distinct email. However, none of the emails you provided are the emails attached to the dahalliance account.

Blimey. Then I am stumped. How do we solve this? I cannot think of any other email addresses other than those. I don’t have anymore I don’t think. Had a hotmail account years ago but no luck. Is it possible to email the email address as can only think its either (email visible only to moderators and staff) of Elizabeths/Guddys address. If they get an email they will email me anyway. Why can I see the account settings then on clarewibble log in for dahalliance?

When I click daha profile icon, top right it links to my clarewibble profile and the site no sites exist? . How is that possible if I don’t have access? I made this in a cafe with a friend. Is the email address (email visible only to moderators and staff)? or (email visible only to moderators and staff)?ow can i send you screen shots please? Is it possible just to actually talk? Be SOOO much easier. This has taken 3 hours!

What I can do is e-mail the address associated with the account so that you can check all of your e-mails and see which one receives the message. All you would need to do is respond from that e-mail to verify ownership. Then, I will definitely be able to assist you in regaining access.

Hi there,
We do not know where the mail has gone. Everyone involved has been asked but so far no joy. I have the domain name proof of purchase and have transferred the DNS to the wix site we want. How can we get this site taken down please? We are stuck. it is a site associated with domestic violence support and highly sensitive. The site will be live via wix (way more user friendly) at http://www.dahalliance.co.uk and have chnage the dns with Faster Names where i bought the URL dahallaince.org.uk/ Please can you tell us how we resolve this as we are all stuck. I can send proof of domain ownership and ID. You can I see I made the wordpress site and own the domain. Thanks. -

Yes – so you purchased the registration of the domain at fast names, but you purchased mapping subscription so that you could map it to your WordPress.com site. If you can supply the transaction ID for the mapping, that will confirm ownership.

Sorry if I have being daft but do you mean a wordpress receipt? I don’t know if I paid for mapping. just paid premium! But can send receipt for fastnames no worries Where do i send that please? The recovery form isn’t letting me submit as I don’t have the right info Will try again though.

The fasthost receipt number is 37525416 and purchase dat was 27th April 2016. The recovery form wont accept my info. Error message each time.

Yes. You’re supplying the receipt ID for registration at Fasthost. I would need the transaction ID on the receipt for mapping from WordPress.com. If you didn’t pay for the mapping, do you happen to know who did?
