  I do not know why all the time something comes Like…..

  This site, http://www.healthandhealthytips.com/, is not hosted at WordPress.com, but rather at Bluehost. For help with this site you will want to post at https://wordpress.org/support/ as it is a self hosted WordPress site. These sites use the installation of WordPress(.org).
