I don’t know who you were communicating with before. I do know that there is rarely every a question asked and answered by Staff that has not been asked and answered in these support forums by either Volunteers or Staff many times over.
Unless your question is of a sensitive nature re: identity or or financial information you could simply type modlook into the sidebar tags on this thread for a Staff follow-up after clearly stating what it is that you need help with.
