  Hello, my name is Stancescu Vlad and i curently have a blog on WordPress.com. The adress is http://www.3shat.wordpress.com. I want to upgrade to Premium and then apply for WordAds. Before i uppgrade i need to know if i am eligible in my country wich is Romania. Thank you verry much and please respond becouse i want to uppgrade in 2 days, thank you again!

  Yes, WordAds has no country restrictions but make sure that PayPal is available for Romania, because it pays you through PayPal.

  WordAds is only available if you have Premium or Businesses plans.

  Just to add, any WordPressdotcom site with a custom domain can apply for WordAds, but unless they have a Premium or Business upgrade plan, the site must meet the minimum traffic requirement in order to be accepted to the program.

  Premium or Businesses plan upgrades are automatically included in the program.
