  Hello,

  Thank you! I am currently working with a wordpress team that set up my website and is doing the marketing. I figured it would come with unlimited support for $300 a month but it doesn’t seem like it. Do you think I should also purchase the business plan to get support? Is this the same as WordPress live?

  I’m not aware of any official WordPress.com services that cost $300 a month. All of the WordPress.com pricing can be found here: https://wordpress.com/pricing/

  Since your site is self-hosted (on Bluehost), you may want to contact the company that is charging you and see if they’re the ones in charge of support for your website, try posting on the WordPress.org forums (https://wordpress.org/support/), or try contacting Bluehost support (https://www.bluehost.com/contact) for more information.

  These forums are only for support related to sites hosted on WordPress.com.

  If you decide to purchase the Business plan to use with your website, you will need to map your domain to your WordPress.com account. For detailed instructions on domain mapping, and moving off of Bluehost, please see this link:

  Also, before deciding on the Business plan with WordPress.com, please make sure this is something you would want to do. For differences between WordPress.org and WordPress.com, check this support page: https://en.support.wordpress.com/com-vs-org/
