  Hi – I deleted my wordpress site in an attempt to remove this link https://jacobcuster.files.wordpress.com/2016/04/custerjacob_resume.pdf but now I can’t remove the media as it is still appearing on Google. If I can briefly get the site back perhaps I can play around with more settings to prevent that link from showing? Thanks

  I did submit a Google request to remove the link but still wanted to confirm

  I get a 404 File not found message when clicking that link. Perhaps if you clear your browser cache it will be gone for you too.

  Hi there,

  I get a 404 as well, so that file is no longer cached on our servers. But it can remain cached with search engines and in other places online, like the Internet Archive, for weeks, months, or even indefinitely.

  If you’re still finding it online anywhere, please contact the service where you’re seeing it directly to have it removed there as well.
