Hello this blog (partygelato.wordpress.com) looks terrible compared to my other two blogs, I dont know why. Maybe I changed something wrong but I didnt do any customization on website theme. I was thinking if reset of content could help, to make it look like my other domain partylato.wordpress.com

– Your blog partygelato.wordpress.com this is different because you are using the home page as the latest post and for your other blog you have set up the static home page.
It can be easily done if you can try setting up your static home page for the blog partygelato.wordpress.com. To know more about the static home page here is the support document for that:

thank you both for your help. Setting static page made it look a little better but something is still wrong… I will go through all tutorial videos and try to figure out where the problem is

I cant figure it out, it is really weird. It is like it loads theme design, but all the pictures frome theme are not loaded…

Hi there,
On https://partylato.wordpress.com/ you have a post published and assigned to the “featured” tag. The image you’re seeing is that post’s featured image.
On https://partygelato.wordpress.com/ you have a post published, but that post does not have a featured image, and while the post does have the “featured” tag, that tag is not assigned for featured content in My Site ->Customize ->Featured Content. So it looks like you missed a few steps outlined in the theme instructions that @timethief linked to in her first reply.
