i am being scalded by my designer because she cant use special url’s that i provided for amazon. is there any way we can use these url’s please? these url’s are important for amazon and how our word press is designed. please help us, thank you!

I’ve confirmed via a different topic that you’re not hosting the site on WordPress.com. I’ll post here again so that the question is answered for anyone else checking this topic!
Your site uses the free and open source WordPress.org software, coupled with WooCommerce as the shop plugin. WordPress.com support isn’t able to assist you with this, as your site isn’t on this host.
WordPress.com and WordPress.org are a little separate, and that can be confusing.
You can get help for many issues in the forums at https://wordpress.org/support/ . Try posting your question there to get advice from the community on this issue.
For WooCommerce specific questions, use https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce or https://woocommerce.com/ for paid extension issues.
