  Hope you are doing good.

  For using MC template on your blog,you can use a very famous and open source plugin of wordpress :-AutoChimp .
  It automatically subscribe, unsubscribe, and update users to your MailChimp mailing list as users subscribe and unsubscribe to your site.
  AutoChimp uses a tabbed menu page to assist you manage your settings. In order to use AutoChimp plugin, you must already have an account with MailChimp and at least one mailing list.
