  Your account hasn’t created any WordPress.com sites yet. What is the address of the site you are trying to import videos to?

  If you are using self hosted WordPress.org software, please post to the WordPress.org support forums for help with troubleshooting the issue.

  I can check where the site is hosted if you aren’t sure.

  Hi there,

  For sites hosted on WordPress.com, you need an upgraded Premium or Business plan in order to upload videos to your Media Library.
