It appears you filed a dispute against us for the recent renewal payment on your account. Please note this is not the correct way to obtain a refund – by filing a dispute with your bank or credit card company you’re accusing us of fraud, and it can take several weeks for the ensuing fraud investigation to complete before you’ll receive a refund in such a case, not to mention an additional fee being added to your account when you do this.
In this case it appears you have have withdrawn the dispute, though, and I was able to refund your recent payment. You should receive the full refund in about 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing times.
