    The site at chopperlist.com is not hosted with us on WordPress.com, and you’re not paying us anything for that site. That site is hosted by Hostgator, so you’ll be paying them for a hosting plan. Please contact them directly for help with any issues regarding that hosting plan.

    You do not currently own any upgrades on WordPress.com. You bought a domain, topperlist.com, and a Personal Plan from us on 10 January, but you cancelled those upgrades again on 17 January.

    It does appear your plan was not refunded when you cancelled it, so I’ve gone ahead and processed that for you now. You should receive the refund in about ten business days.
