on the WordPress app, it asked me to update post, after I updated it half of my post was gone… it updated to an older time I was editing my post .. half my information is now gone! how can I get my information backk????

It sounds like you might have restored the post to the latest revision from the app. Try accessing the post from the browser and check the revisions as explained here:
https://wordpress.com/support/editors/page-post-revisions/#viewing-revisions
The correct version should be there.
