  I got a message from Google Search Console Team ‘Indexed but blocked by robots.txt’ which is currently 1 page. I can’t handle it. I don’t know what page is that, what is this robots.txt file?

  It is set up to allow Google to index the whole site except admin files, which wouldn’t have your content in them. So Google may be saying they can’t index /wp-admin for you, which is okay. They shouldn’t need to.

  Thank you very much for the answer, I don’t know why Google is doing it then? I was concerned about the fact that I have a robot.txt I have never had problems with the site, and I have had it for over 6 years. I understand that I should ignore this information from Google?

  That is correct. If there are no issues with your site you can safely ignore this.
