I have a website, which runs on your platform. Everything was great until I downloaded a new theme and now I cannot edit my website anymore. The error is: Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_customize_preview() in /data01/virt30514/domeenid/www.kinest.eu/htdocs/wp-content/themes/melos/functions.php on line 154
Would you kindly help me with this, so I could edit my website again.

Could you possibly share the URL of your site? Bear in mind that this account is only 20 minutes old, so it may be that you’re using WordPress.org, not WordPress.com (where we are) to make the site.
(If the URL is http://www.kinest.eu, it looks like that does use WordPress.org, and is hosted on Zone Media OU.)
