  We can’t close the account on your behalf, but we can help you with why you’re unable to close it yourself.

  And that is because your site at https://fgsierra.wordpress.com/ is locked due to a chargeback you filed against us for a renewal payment last year. When you dispute a charge, rather than contacting us to request a refund, all upgrades are removed from the site and the site is locked pending payment of a chargeback fee.   We did speak – there was a cancellation on your side, we spoke through a chat, I wanted to cancel, now if you want to post this publicly – this is up to your discretion – but yes I filed a cancellation – I spoke to one of your agents about a cancellation, the chargeback fee was charged by this site – the chargeback fee my institution charged you (i assume this is the fee in question, was due to having the issue unresolved) I don’t think I should be responsible for this. If this was on auto renewal – it should not have been.
