    its been 1 month and I didn’t get refund I paid 14 $ for premium to install it I cancel and hit the refund button cause I asked the bank the transaction was not made on my bank so please I need the money

    The refund was sent March 3.

    According to our logs from the payment processor, it was processed by your credit card provider a reversal, meaning the original charge should have simply been removed.
