  Thank you for being specific in your support request title, and I apologize for the delay in responding as I thought you were just greeting us.

  Please try again to import an image.

  1. Ensure the image filesize is reasonable for the size of the image, typically not larger than 150K. If the image is too large, it won’t upload, or takes forever to upload.

  2. Ensure the image type is JPG, PNG, or Gif as those are the only image types permitted.
