  You can use publicize to share your content on Google +

  Google+ Profiles and Pages

  On the Settings→Sharing page click Add new Google+ Connection. You’ll be taken to Google where you’ll be asked to approve the connection between your WordPress.com blog and your Google+ account. Click Accept.

  For some reason, that link doesn’t automatically go to the Google section for me, you might have to scroll down to get to it.

  You can also add a G+ button on your posts so readers can share your posts as well. http://en.support.wordpress.com/google-integration/
