  Wondering if I can add the Hello Bar to wordpress.com, specifically to http://www.tmbagency.com? Please advise.

  Hi Cecilia, I kind of doubt that the code they use will be allowed here at WordPress.com. Typically this is done with either jQuery, PHP or Javascript and we cannot use those here at WordPress.com.

  If you can paste the code here between code tags, like below, we would be happy to take a look at it though.

  You can add code here between code tags as I mentioned above.

  If the code was stripped out, then that means it isn’t allowed. CSS is a styling document the browsers use to style and position the elements on web pages. It cannot be used to add functionality and you cannot add HTML, php, javascript and the like to it.
